Able is the UK’s most widely distributed general lifestyle magazine
for disabled people, with an ABC-verified circulation of 29,160 copies
(this figure does not include copies distributed at exhibitions).

Our varied readership includes people with mobility, sensory and learning
impairments; their families and carers; and the many health and social
care professionals who support them.

Published every two months, Able is a lively, full colour publication,
which focuses on what people can do, not what they can’t. Our experienced
team of professional journalists (which includes wheelchair users) regularly
checks out different sporting and leisure opportunities and reports back to
our readers. Each edition of the magazine also includes real life stories
and inspiring interviews, information on accessible holidays, and explanations
of the latest disability legislation.

In addition, our Employment and Education Supplement highlights examples of
good practice in the workplace and offers advice to people who are seeking a
change of direction or to enter employment or education for the first time.
